BIG Drawing or big drawing?

I need opinions, should I make the drawing I have in mind on Poaster Board, or my big sketchbook, the scene is a herd of ouranosaurus' crossing a river while being chased by two carcharodontosaurids, and a twister devoloping in the bkg.
